Although COVID-19 is becoming a distant memory here in the UK, it continues to cause supply chain disruptions across the globe and this will, unfortunately from time to time, continue to impact us and the services we offer. During the midst of the pandemic businesses including KitKing, and the brands we supply were not prepared for the scale of the disruptions. However, 2 years on with life almost back to normal, we are working as hard as we can behind the scenes to keep disruptions to a minimum. In our efforts to provide a great customer experience, we have made some changes to our website so that when you’re ordering online you have the information you need at your fingertips!
When ordering for your club on the website you will see a table below the product where you can enter the quantity of products you would like to purchase. The table will show the following information:
In Stock– This means we have stock in our warehouse.
Non-personalised orders will be despatched within 24-48 hours. For orders where garments require personalisation, timelines may vary. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
No. Of Weeks – Where we have stated a window of weeks [e.g. 1-3 weeks] this means that we are waiting for stock to come into our warehouse. Once we have received the stock, non-personalised orders will be despatched in 24-48 hours and orders requiring personalisation will join our queues for print/embroidery. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on personalisation timelines.
Out Of Stock – This means the product is out of stock with the brand. However, the brand is expecting stock in the near future! Once we have more accurate information on when we can expect stock we will update the table to either In Stock or specify the weeks.
To note: If a product has “End of life cycle” in the title it means that this item is no longer available from the brand.

Products which state “Contact Us” cannot be purchased through the website, however at checkout you can submit a quote and one of our sales team will come back to you with information on availability and timelines.
